Serene Tragedy tut...

Supplies used:
Tube is by Robin McQuay called We Love Our Tragedies. Get it at DSI.
Serenity Scrap Kit by Abstract Creations. Get it at ART.
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow (Font Only)
Font: Tango Script SSK

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P E69. Resize by 75%.
Select the inside of the frame with your magic wand.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 2 into selection.
Add another new raster layer.
C/P Paper 1 into selection.
Deselect.
Change the layer property to overlay.
Dropshadow the frame layer.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow. Use your eraser tool to remove any part of the tube over the frame.
C/P E49. Image, Mirror. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow. Position over the left side of the frame.
C/P E47. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Go to Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees left. Position over the top half of the left side of the frame.
Duplicate doodle. Image, Mirror. 
Using your deform tool position the doodle so it flows the same way as the original.
Go to Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen.
C/P E61. Image, Rotate, Free rotate 90 Degrees. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow. Position over the top part of the doodle.
C/P E71. Resize by  50%. Use your deform tool to position over when the silver doodles meet. Dropshadow.
C/P E53. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Duplicate. Image, Mirror. Position the flowers under the top of the heart.
C/P E44. Resize by 25%. Dropshadow. Position near where the right side of the zipper starts on the heart.
C/P E27. Resize by 20%. Dropshadow. Position to the left of the perfume bottle.
C/P E3. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position to the right of the perfume bottle.
C/P E1. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow. Position at the bottom right of the heart.
Type out your font. Apply inner bevel of choice.
Apply Gradient Glow of 3 in a contrasting color.
Dropshadow Font.
Apply your watermark & Copyright.
Select your background layer. 
C/P E21. Resize by 175%. Dropshadow. Position near the top of your canvas.
Duplicate heart. Image, Flip.
