Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame.
C/P Paper 2 into selection.
Deselect.
C/P your tube. Dropshadow.
Dropshadow frame.
C/P Element 42. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.
Image, Mirror.
Position over the right sid eof the frame.
C.P Element 43. Resize by 75%. Dropshadow.
Position over the pink flowers.
C/P Element 49. Resize by 50%.
Image, Mirror.
Position across the bottom right corner of the frame.
C/P Element 14. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Image, Flip, Mirror.
Position at the bottom of the brushes.
C/P Element 40. Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the purple flowers.
C/P Element 12. Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position over the left side of the pink flower.
C/P Element 54. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the top left corner of the frame.
C/P Element 44. Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate & mirror.
Position butterflies over the sparkles in the top left corner.
Type out your font.
Add Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3.
Dropshadow.
