Font: Paul's Illuminated Celtic
Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Element 22.
Use your magic wand to select the inside of each frame.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 5.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 6 into selection.
Deselect.
Dropshadow frame layer.
C/P Element 14.
Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate beads.
Use your deform tool to position on strand of beads on a slight angle.
Position over the far left corner of the frame.
C/P Element 12.
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate 90 degrees.
Resize by 20%. Dropshadow .
Position at the top of the bead strands.
C/P Element 10.
Resize by 15%. Dropshadow.
Position over the know of the bow.
C/P Element 16.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the right side of the frame.
C/P Element 30.
Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate pint.
Position over the strings of the balloons.
C/P Irish Pup tube.
Resize by 10%. Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom of the pints.
C/P Element 33.
Resize by 20%. Dropshadow.
Duplicate coins.
Position on either side of the Irish Pup tube.
C/P Element 5.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position near the bottom left corner of the center frame.
C/P Abagail tube.
Dropshadow.
Type out your font.
Convert to raster layer.
Apply eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow of 3.
