Steampunk Sweetheart tut...

Supplies Used:
Steam Punk tube by Chad Michael Ward. Unfortunately he left the PSP world but you can find his art HERE.
Steampunked kit from Manipulated By Magik. This kit is coming soon to PFD.
Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow
Font: Dirty English

Open a new image size 500 by 500.
C/P Frame 2.
Resize by 75%.
Select the inside of the frame using your magic wand.
Selections, Modify, Expand by 3.
Add a new raster layer under the frame layer.
C/P Paper 2 into selection.
Deselect.
C/P Swirl.
Resize by 85%. Dropshadow.
Move under frame layer.
C/P Windmill that comes with the tube (Or another element from the kit.)
Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom left of the frame.
C/P your tube.
Dropshadow.
Position over the center of the frame.
C/P Gear Cluster.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom right of the frame.
C/P Kinetoscope.
Resize by 50%. Dropshadow.
Position over the left side of the gear cluster.
C/P Phone.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom right of the kinetoscope.
C/P Roses.
Resize by 40%. Dropshadow.
Position over the bottom left of the frame.
C/P Hat.
Image, Mirror.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position to the right of the roses.
C/P Word Art 3.
Resize by 65%.
Apply Gradient Glow of 3 in white.
Dropshadow.
C/P Scatter.
Resize by 65%. Dropshadow.
Use your deform tool to position under the edge of the word art.
C/P Spider.
Image, Flip.
Resize by 30%. Dropshadow.
Position over the top left of the word art.
Select the background layer.
Using your preset shape tool draw out a circle over the left top edge of the frame.
Select your font tool on floating.
Hover over the circle til you see the "A" with the u shape under it.
Type out your font.
Promote selection to layer.
Deselect.
Apply Gradient Glow of 3 in white.
Dropshadow.
Delete the circle layer.
Don't forget your copyright & Watermark.
